I downloaded the App but there is a problem: To sign in, I am asked to use my Email and my last name, But the system says mine are invalid, which doesnt surprise me since i am never asked to register them, so how could they work? My DAN user name and password are different, and they are never asked for by the APP, and while I tried them as well, no go!! So, howdo we access our "free" use as members???

Alert Diver is incredible! The scope of content, depth of information and richness of imagery really establish an entirely new benchmark for the diving industry. What an incredible resource for anyone interested in diving and the marine environment.

The Newsstand version says I should be able to get to my member copy but I cannot find any way to do it. There is no way to sign in to my account in the upper right, or anywhere, that I can find.

Only problem is that the instructions state that I should be able to log in as a DAN member for free editions but there is no way to log in.

Great update, love the news stand access but I am having the same issue as others who are reporting lack of ability to log in to Dan account to get my issues. Looking forward to resolution to this issue.

As I see it right now, this app serves no benefit to DAN World members. Will this be taken care of? Be happy to change my rating if/when resolved.

Cant download the magazine unless the app is running. If it goes to sleep or you change to another app, your download is cancelled. Go with paper.

I love the magazine, and its my new diving goal to be able to download an entire issue without experiencing a crash. For now, I need to keep reading the paper version.

Works fine for me. Looks great on the iPad and the video and other multimedia enhancements are great. Keep up the good work.

This would be a worthwhile application if it would successfully accept my login credentials. Im logged into my account on the website via Safari, but the application will not accept my credentials. So, if this gets fixed then Ill consider revising my review. Let me know how it goes DAN.

This is without a doubt the worst app ever. Will not download content. Do not waste your money! Great organization. Crappy app.

Was working but now doesnt accept login credentials. Even had yurdu send email to make sure logging in properly. Fix please. Love reading on my different devices

To fail miserably. Used to get my issues seamlessly but sine the last update, it gets DCI and there seems to be no decompression chamber available. Guess itll just die .

Has not worked since newsstand started with os update

I love this magazine! I used to love the app. However, since the 7.5 release I cannot access my editions because the server wont recognize my credintials. Please fix this issue so I (and we, the dive community that enjoy reading this magazine) can once again do so on our iPad / iPhones.

This app used to work on my iPad and now login fails, it works on my iPhone but I have no intention of reading the magizine from the iPhone. They need to get it fixed.

Not sure why it stopped accepting login credentials, but as others have done, verified credentials with service provider to no avail. Update and I may update review. Update 5-Sep-12 - itd have been nice if instead of "removing reflections" with the update if theyd have fixed the login issue. One would have thought the consistent complaints wouldve gotten their attention... DAN is so much better than this in other phases of their business.

Copied and pasted what the forgot password email contained and it still wont allow me to properly download subscriptions. Still useless. And they took the time to fix a display issue? Wow...DAN needs to find a new developer. Their brand is the one getting pulled through the mud.
